The Israeli High-Tech is always in search of high qualified people. The Israeli-Arabs community represent an unfulfilled potential.
This joint initiative of the Office of the President and Cisco, with the professional support of Kav Mashve, Tsofen, Manpower and MIT, aims to boost the recruitment of Arab candidates to Israel's leading high tech companies.

Our mission is to launch the natural integration of Arab employees into the Israeli high tech industry by supporting both candidates and employers throughout the entire recruitment process. .

We welcome additional corporations and organizations that would like to join the initiative and benefit from high quality candidate references, employment training and consulting.

Our target is Arab students or graduates with relevant technological degrees who have not yet joined in the high tech industry.

Looking for a job? You have come to the right place. Following the Ma’antech registration process, we will contact you within few days in order to review your qualification and match to existing open positions and to agree on the best process for you.

Candidates who will successfully pass the process will be directed to an appropriate position or will be offered intensive training toward employment.
